So lightning frequently comes by, and fries stuff, either over the power lines or the telephone lines. It's quite annoying, because whenever a thunderstorm comes by, we have to unplug all the computers and modems. But at least it's atmospheric! I got such a fright at one extremely loud and over zealous crack of thunder that I dropped my pen and almost fell off my chair. I must say that it's seldom I appreciate the rain, I'm normally a hotter-the-better type of person -- no need to worry about taking a sweater along, or commenting on the weather, it's exactly what you expected. Very nice post. We might as well enjoy the rain while we have it, for a couple of reasons, not the least of which is we have no choice. Also, wait until the heat of the summer comes around.
